How do I pay my rent?
Log in to the tenant portal and choose Pay Now. You can pay by bank transfer (ACH, no fee) or credit/debit card (small processing fee). Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
When is rent due and what's the late fee policy?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Late fees begin after any grace period specified in your lease — please refer to your lease agreement for the exact late fee terms that apply to your property.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Log in to the tenant portal and click the Maintenance or Service Requests section. Describe the issue clearly, add photos if possible, and submit. You'll receive updates as the request is scheduled and completed.
What counts as an emergency maintenance issue?
Emergencies include burst pipes, major water leaks, gas leaks, sewage backup, no heat in freezing weather, electrical hazards, fire, or anything threatening safety or major property damage. For these, call (469) 956-2755 immediately in addition to submitting a portal request. Non-urgent issues (e.g., dripping faucet, burnt-out light) are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days.
How do I reset my tenant portal password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the email instructions. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at info@9base.net.
I'm a new tenant — how do I get portal access?
Once your lease is signed and processed, you'll receive an email invitation from DoorLoop with a link to set your password. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of lease signing, email info@9base.net and we'll resend the invitation.
How do I request lease renewal or give notice to vacate?
Please email info@9base.net with your property address and intent. Lease renewal conversations typically begin 60–90 days before your current lease ends. Written notice to vacate must follow the timeframe specified in your lease.
